2. Why are you looking for work? / Why did you leave your last job?
The secret to this question is diplomacy. If you speak negatively of the company, boss or co-your previous job you give a bad impression, but you’re right in your judgments.

3. What are your salary requirements?
The question of money sooner or later will slip in conversation. It is a delicate issue that you must be punctual and having analyzed possible scenarios before the interview.

6. Tell me about yourself
Perhaps this is one of the most common questions that recruiters do to encourage dialogue with the candidate. Not all responses are flattering and you must prepare in advance an intelligent speech you describe more fully as an employee!
Omit personal information on this question, focus on your “professional self”, what kind of employee you are, what you can bring to a company, why you can become a valuable element, among others, are the questions you must answer.
7. Why should we hire you and not to other candidates?
