Although nobody wants a toxic employee in your company, they manage to seep through the hiring process to cause confusion and chaos within an organization. And yet they are part of the business, so we must learn to manage these kinds of people. The toxic employee believes that everyone is against him. And they think that if attacks first will be attacked. Some see themselves as victims, but act on the offensive, they see it as self-defense. And that is why leaders with high EQ development have the ability to compensate for the behavior of some toxic people.

1. Focus solutions

3. Remain neutral

4. Develop your emotional intelligence

5. Create a culture that does not allow toxic behavior
